We offer multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. For advance payment methods, orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier service performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or courier service disruptions. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipment. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address information. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of Pakistan, as determined by us at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
